HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ?

You can place your order with our user friendly Online Design Studio by choosing your product, upload your design and checkout.
Contact us via email at info@teezcafe.com or give us a call 347-285-7390 with details of your project and we’ll create a proposal where you can approve and pay.

Is there a minimum on orders ?

There is a minimum of 12 pcs per order on all custom printed and embroidered items.

Can I Mix and match colors ?

Yes you can mix and match product colors. Please keep in mind design color change might attract additional fees.

What is your turnaround time ?

Our turnaround time is 15-20 business days, shipping time is not included. Rush Order is available 3-5 Business days.

Can I order samples ?

Unfortunately we don’t offer samples.But we are will to be flexible if customer looking to order a large quantity. Talk to a print pro.

Do You Offer Refund?

We have a No Refund Policy. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a Store Credit. Please note Store Credits may not be available on all orders. Read more.

Contacted Teez Cafe to ask a question about a last minute idea I had and if it can be printed in such short time, Andre didn’t hesitated on helping me, he ask to send him a picture and in no time i had a mock-up ( with exactly what i had in mind) to approved and was able to pickup my order before my event. Teez Cafe’ has the best customer service and offer top quality printing. I recently used their design studio platform to design my custom shirts. Also, if you were in need of inspiration or ideas the design studio had a whole list of templates you could choose from and the interface was very user friendly. When I received my shirts I realized that not only were they neatly done but they were able to get every detail exactly how I wanted it.
